If you do not remember your password, you can use the “Forgot my password” feature to reset it. To complete the process, you only need to know the email address registered on the platform.

1. To begin, go to the login page and click on “Forgot my password”.

2. Next, the password reset page will be displayed.

Enter your registered email address and click “Send” to start the process.

Remember that the registered email must follow the standard format, for example: name@email.com.

3. After submitting the request, an email with the password reset link will be sent to your inbox.

If you do not receive the email immediately, wait approximately 2 minutes and use the “Click to resend” option to request a new email.

Also remember to check all folders in your email account, including Spam, Promotions, and Deleted Items.

4. The email you receive will contain a button called “Set new password”.

Click this button to be redirected to the password reset page.

5. On the displayed page, enter your new password and confirm it.

Make sure the password contains:

• at least 8 characters

• at least 1 uppercase letter

• at least 1 lowercase letter

• at least 1 special character (for example: *&%@!)

Then click “Reset password” to complete the process.

6. After resetting it, a message will appear informing you that the password has been successfully changed.

Click “Sign in” to return to the login page.

7.Finally, enter your email and the new registered password and click “Sign in” to access the platform again.

Recommendation: choose a password that is easy for you to remember or write it down in a secure place for future reference. However, do not share your password with anyone. If you are unable to access your account after resetting your password, please contact our support team for assistance.
