You will be redirected to the platform’s Registration page and must enter the following information:

NAME

Enter your name according to the instructions provided in the invitation email. If no specific guidance is given, enter your first name and last name.

EMAIL

The email address will already be pre-filled and cannot be changed. If you wish to use a different email address, you must contact the Community Administrator so they can update it for you.

PASSWORD

Your password must contain:

• At least 8 characters
  
  

• At least 1 uppercase letter
  
  

• At least 1 lowercase letter
  
  

• At least 1 special character (*&%@!)

MOBILE PHONE NUMBER – FIRST ACCESS

On your first access, you will need to enter and validate your phone number. The process works as follows:

1. Select the country corresponding to your number.
   
   
2. Enter your area code + phone number.
   
   
3. Click “Validate number.”
   
   
4. The system will automatically send a verification code via WhatsApp.
   
   
5. Enter the code received in the indicated field.
   
   
6. After confirmation, your number will be successfully validated and linked to your account.
   
   

A notice will be displayed informing you that your number will be used exclusively for notifications related to the community.

Your consent may be revoked at any time in your account settings.

OPTION “I prefer not to provide my number now”

If you select the option “I prefer not to provide my number now”:

• The account will be created normally.
  
  

• WhatsApp notifications will not be activated.
  
  

• The number can be added later in the account settings.

TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY

You must read and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We recommend that you carefully review both documents and then check the boxes to provide your consent.

Once the process is completed, click “Create new account.”

PROFILE PHOTO

Next, choose a profile photo, preferably one that clearly shows your face.

To do so, click on the photo icon and select the desired image.

After selecting the photo, click “Open” A resizing window will appear, along with options to confirm or discard.

• Use the mouse scroll button to adjust the image proportion.
• Once finished, click the confirm button.

It is necessary to wait for the image to fully upload before clicking Save to complete the change.

REGISTRATION LINK

As a Participant, you may receive a link from the Community Administrator or Moderator.

This link will redirect you to the same registration page mentioned above. The process of entering and validating your information will be identical to the one described in the “Invitation” section, including phone number validation.
